How do I pre-order a watch?
To pre-order a watch, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. It works the same way as a regular purchase, except you're ordering a watch before it's made.
After the pre-order period ends, we'll make the watches to be delivered in January 2025.
Do I have to pay upfront for a pre-order?
Yes, pre-orders require upfront payment to secure your watch.
How long will I have to wait for my watch?
Our pre-order period is from 6th June to 6th July 2024. Watches will be delivered in January 2025.
Please be aware that this delivery date is based on the current schedules from our suppliers and logistics partners and is subject to change. We will keep you informed of any updates.
Are your prices inclusive of local duties and taxes?
Prices exclude local duties and taxes.
United Kingdom: buyers in the UK will be charged 20% sales VAT at checkout.

For non-UK buyers, you will not be charged 20% sales VAT at checkout, though you may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. These import duties and taxes will be claimed by our DHL courier, on behalf of your country’s local customs, at the time of delivery.
Switzerland: buyers in Switzerland are not subject to any duties and taxes (due to Anoma currently falling below the threshold required to register for and charge 8.1% Swiss VAT).
European Union: countries within the European Union typically charge between 17% and 27% import VAT on watches shipped from outside the European Union (e.g., France has import VAT of around 20%).
United States: there are no import duties on the movement of the watch, thus import duties are only due on the case and strap. Though we are unable to offer an estimate, we will provide documentation to ensure duties are fairly calculated.
Hong Kong: there are no import duties on watches shipped to Hong Kong.
Rest of the world: please familiarise yourself with the local duties and taxes in your country before ordering a watch.

For the first 100 watches, can I pick my number?
Individual numbers cannot be picked. Numbers will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, based on the sequence in which orders are placed.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming if you secured one of the first 100 numbered pieces.
Note that a numbered watch is only secured upon payment, not when added to your basket.
Where are your watches made?
Our watches are made in Switzerland, with individual components being sourced from both inside and outside of Switzerland. Our movements are made by Sellita in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
What currency are the watches priced in?
Our watches are priced in Pound Sterling (GBP).
Do you provide a warranty?
We provide a 2 year warranty, which is valid from the date of delivery. Our 2 year warranty covers any form of mechanical fault resulting from defective production. We have partnered with Horolgium, to provide easy and free of charge repairs within the warranty period.
Horologium has a global network of trusted service partners in the USA, Canada, France, Spain, Switzerland, Norway, UK, UAE, Japan, Singapore, Australia and elsewhere. This ensures a high level of service and speed for any repairs.
Accidental damage is not included in this warranty.
What is your return policy?
If your pre-order is yet to be dispatched, you can request a full refund at any time.
If you have received your order and would like to return it for a refund, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the watch is unworn.
Once it has been inspected, a refund (minus return shipping fee) will be processed. We cannot refund any customs duties or taxes paid.

Are your prices inclusive of shipping costs?
Yes, fully insured shipping is included in the price.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Russia, Ukraine and The Crimea.
What shipping services do you use?
All of our watches will be shipped via DHL Express, with tracking number and worldwide insurance.
Where are you based?
We are based in London, United Kingdom. Our watches are made in Switzerland.
How do I resolve an error at checkout?
An error at checkout could be due to a multitude of factor. Please try using a different browser, device or credit card.
